Dr. Ivon Barile
The Dr. Ivon Barile has been active in the real estate investment sector since 2012. He was CEO and founder of Cash Flow Real Estate and co-founder of Midas Real Estate (the latter operating from 2016), and for which he is currently the CEO.
In his more than ten-year career he has successfully conducted numerous real estate trading operations and worked as a consultant in the judicial auctions and balance sheet sectors.. The fruit of this long experience has produced the definition of successful procedures, the creation of numerous relationships and collaborations with the various professional figures operating in the sector, as well as a perfect knowledge of the territory and the real estate market of the cities where we operate.
The Dr. Barile is also the contact person, in the Superbonus area 110 %, for some investment funds and financial structures.
Dr. Francesca Siotto
Dr. Francesca Siotto has almost twenty years of experience as a translator behind her, having provided his consultancy for important foreign groups active in the pharmaceutical sector, legal and financial. He is co-founder of Midas Real Estate (operating from 2016).
Thanks to the previous experience gained, in addition to innate organizational skills, plays a key role in the management of various company processes. Dr. Siotto is responsible for managing internal resources, interface with external professionals and coordinate the various company activities, as well as following, in detail, the timely verification of the costs inherent to each individual real estate intervention. Dr. Siotto is also responsible for the property management division of Midas Invest – Real Estate Investments. This division is responsible for managing the properties held for income, in order to generate passive income (i.e. automatic annuities). This rental management is carried out by us both for the properties owned by our structure, and on properties owned by our capital investors (who prefer making income rather than trading), than on those owned by third parties (individuals and companies)
Arch. Mirko Battistella
L’Arch. Mirko Battistella developed a strong interest in architecture over the years, obtaining the relevant degree and professional qualification from the Register of Architects. In his design experiences he has developed specific skills in planning and interior design, allowing the Concepts conceived to be realized through the appropriate technologies, moving from digital design to project execution for the various phases.
Within the Midas Invest – Real Estate Investments group, is responsible for coordinating the technical area, in the different operational phases. This activity begins with technical due diligence, then moving on to design, the works management, until they close, with the delivery of the construction site.
